Submit Your Music to HOT365 Radio

1. Review the submission requirements below.
2. Compare the available spin packages and choose the option that best fits your release.
3. Complete payment for your selected package.
4. Email your track, required materials, and payment confirmation to SUBMISSIONS@HOT365RADIO.COM.

Only paid submissions will be accepted for package consideration.

Required Submission Materials

Please make sure your submission includes all of the following:

• Artist or DJ name
• One track only in MP3 format
• Short artist or DJ bio
• MP3 introduction of you or your group introducing the song on HOT365 Radio
• One artist or DJ photo (600 x 600 pixels)
• Contact information, including email and social media

Metadata Requirements

All submitted MP3 files must include accurate metadata. Please make sure the following fields are completed correctly before sending your track:

• Artist Name: Artist name
• Track Name: Song title (Clean or Dirty) feat. any featured artist(s)
• Album Name: Album name

Example:

• Artist Name: Jane Doe
• Track Name: My City (Clean) feat. John Smith
• Album Name: Summer Nights

Your file name and embedded MP3 metadata should match exactly. Submissions with missing, incorrect, or incomplete metadata may be delayed or rejected..

Important Submission Notes

• Submit one track only
• Do not send albums or multiple songs
• MP3 files only
• Clean versions have a better chance of being selected for peak airtime
• Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed
• Music must be submitted after payment has been made
• Please do not send links unless specifically requested
